We make it easy to build a workflow around invoicing by creating invoice templates, setting up scheduled or recurring requests, sending clients payment reminders, and more.
Found partners with Stripe to help you accept card payments, so make sure to set this up first if you want to let clients pay your invoices with credit or debit cards.
In the Invoices tab, make sure to first set up Stripe. On mobile: click ‘Set up’ in the Stripe Banner. On desktop: create an Invoice and click Set up under Payment methods.
Select New Invoice and Create an Invoice. You can create pre-set items for common products or services, add discounts or fees, attach a document, add a note, and more.
Upload your logo and customize the invoice color, contact info, and more in your Invoice Settings.
Build an invoicing workflow that works for you by sending a one-time invoice or setting up a recurring send. Set payment terms, track unpaid invoices, and send auto reminders to clients to ensure they are paid.
Sending lots of invoices? Found saves you time by letting you create invoice templates with common sets of items, notes, and attachments, and offering to pre-fill invoice details when we recognize that you’re invoicing the same person again.
Before you send an invoice, you can send a client an Estimate for them to agree to.
This can include all of the same information as an invoice, but will not have a payment link.
In the Invoices tab, choose New Invoice and then Create an estimate.
You can also request money from someone without sending a formal invoice. This is handy if you want to quickly request money without adding line-items or other information.
In the Invoices tab, choose New Invoice and then Send a request.
