How can I make sure my invoices are sent using my business name? 

When you send an invoice, you can choose to have your personal name or business name displayed on your invoices. You can edit your selection in your Invoice settings by following the steps below: 

  • Navigate to the Invoices tab.

  • Click Settings or tap the cogwheel icon on in the app.

  • Under Business info, adjust the Name option to either use your name or your business name.

If you’ve created multiple Business Profiles, you’re able to select the Business Profile that you’d like to send your invoice under. Please note that if you’d like to send an invoice under your own name, you must choose your primary Business Profile.
