How quickly will direct deposit funds be available in my Found account?

The timeline for receiving deposited funds will depend on the type of deposit you have received. Here’s a more detailed overview of expected delivery times.

Can I send and receive wire transfers?

Yes, Found supports both sending and receiving domestic wire transfers. To receive wire transfers, you simply need to provide your Found account and routing numbers to the sender. For more details on sending a domestic wire transfer, click here.

How do I pay a bill?

Open the Found app, tap "Pay a bill," and upload the bill — a photo or PDF. We'll read the vendor, amount, and due date and draft a payment for you to review and confirm. Nothing sends until you confirm.

Does Bill pay cost anything?

There's no fee to use Bill pay. Standard transfer fees may apply to some payment types — see Found's Fee Schedule for details.

What payment types can I use to pay a bill?

You can pay a bill by ACH, check, wire, or a Found-to-Found payment. We'll suggest a payment type based on the bill, and you can change it before you confirm.

Can I accept credit card payments through Found?

Yes, Found partners with Stripe so that your customers can pay you with a debit or credit card. You’ll need to create an account with Stripe and enable it as a payment method in your Found account.

When I send a payment using SMS or email, how will the recipient get the money?

Your recipient has several flexible payment options to choose from when you send them a payment. They can receive funds instantly via debit card transfer, within 1-2 business days through bank account transfer, or through popular digital wallets like PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App. Learn more about sending payments with Found to see all available options and timing details.

Can I mail a check to someone through my Found account?

Yes, Found lets you mail checks directly from your account.⁵ Select "Move Money," then "Mail a check," enter the recipient's information and amount, and Found will print and mail it for you. There's a $1 fee per check, and checks typically arrive within 5-10 business days.

How do I pay contractors through my Found account?

Quickly pay your contractors through Found by accessing the Banking tab, clicking "Send money" and selecting "Pay a contractor." Found makes the entire process simple with multiple payment options. Found offers free standard contractor payments with no per-contractor fees.¹² When you make payments to business contacts marked as contractors, Found will automatically mark those payments as being 1099 payments going forward, helping you generate tax forms at the end of each year.
