How can I securely send a W-9 form to a client?

When you provide contractor services to a new client, you will need to provide them with a W-9 form for their tax records. As a Found user, you can create and securely share your W-9 with your client directly from your Found account. Here’s how:

Shared W-9s will automatically expire two weeks after the 1099 filing deadline. You can revoke access to your W-9 at any time from your Found app by navigating to the Manage W-9 page and clicking Manage who can view.

For more on the W-9 form, visit our resource center.
