How do I make a bank transfer from SoFi into my Found account?

In order to make a one-time or recurring bank transfer from SoFi, you will use your Found account number and routing number.

You can find both of these from Settings, located at the top left of the screen if using the Found app or below your account balance if using our website.

Here’s how:

1. Sign in to your SoFi account.

2. Select Transfer and then Transfer Money.

3. Click Link New Account in the To field.

4. Click Continue on the SoFi uses Plaid to connect your account screen.

5. Search for or Select Found from the list of institutions.

6. Enter your online Found credentials to log in and securely link your account.


If you cannot link Found via this method, you can select Add account manually.

1. Enter your Found account details, including your account and routing numbers.

2. Sofi will send two small deposits of $1.00 or less to your Found account.

3. Once you see the deposits in your Found account, go back to the transfer screen in SoFi to verify the amounts.

4. Once verified and linked, you will be able to initiate a transfer to your Found account from the Transfer Money section in your SoFi account.
