We’ve made it even easier for you: Now, you can request missing W-9s from all contractors at once in just a few simple clicks. Filter by W-9 missing or W-9 requested, select the checkbox of who you want to contact, and send W-9 requests.

Found will contact the selected contractors via SMS or email, spending on their preferred method. Don't worry: We won’t send reminders to contractors who have received a reminder in the last 24 hours. Once they’ve input their W-9, you’ll see a green W-9 complete box in your contractor management center. 

Tip: To make tax time even easier, you can even require a contractor’s W-9 before they can accept payment.
