How do I make a bank transfer from Chase into my Found account?

In order to make a one-time or recurring bank transfer from Chase, you will use your Found account number and routing number.

You can find both of these from Settings, located at the top left of the screen if using the Found app or below your account balance if using our website.

Here’s how:

  1. Sign in to your Chase account

  2. Select Pay & Transfer

  3. Select Transfer Money and then Brokerage transfers

  4. Select Link an external account and then Add account manually

  5. Select Checking for account type

  6. Enter your Found account details, including your account and routing numbers

  7. Chase will send two small deposits of $1.00 or less to your Found account over the next 1-3 days.

  8. Once you see the deposits in your Found account, go back to Manage External Accounts in Chase to verify the amounts.

  9. Once verified and linked, you will be able to initiate a transfer to your Found account by clicking Transfer Money in your Chase account.
