How to contact Found support

Need help with your Found account? Our team is available to help. You can reach us by chat, phone, or email.

Chat

Found customers are able to chat with Found Assistant, our AI-powered virtual assistant, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through their Found app.

To chat with us, select the Business icon and choose Chat with us. Our virtual assistant will help answer any questions, and, if needed, will open a support ticket with our qualified Customer Experience team, who will follow up by email.

Phone

Current Found customers can reach our team at 888-845-0131 from Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm PT. Found Plus and Found Pro subscribers⁴ receive priority phone support.

Found Pro subscribers will also get access to a dedicated account manager who they can email or book a call with¹⁵. They can also leave a message for their account manager by calling Found’s phone number.

For the best experience possible, we recommend calling our team using the phone number associated with your Found account. For security purposes, you may be asked to verify the last four digits of any of your Found cards—physical or virtual—before our team can discuss your account.

Email

If you’re an existing customer, we recommend reaching out through your app for the fastest service possible. Additional verification may be required before our team can discuss your account when reached through e-mail.
