How to contact Found support

Need assistance with your Found account? Interested in learning more about how Found can help you manage your business's finances? 

Our dedicated Customer Experience team is available to answer your questions. Here are a few ways that you can reach us:

In-app message

Found customers are able to send our support team a message at any time, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we’re able to.

To reach out to our team, select the Business Settings icon in the top-left of your Found app and navigate to Support center. Choose Contact customer support and pick the option that best fits your question.

Our team is online Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm PT and Saturday and Sunday, 7am to 3pm PT, so you will get the quickest response during these hours.

Live chat

Found Plus subscribers* and customers eligible for Found’s account management program may reach us by live chat through the Support center in their Found app, or by clicking Chat with us on Desktop. Our team is available Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm PT.

If your account isn’t eligible for live chat with a member of our team, our chatbot is available to assist 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Phone

Current Found customers can reach our team at 888-845-0131 on Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm PT. Found Plus subscribers* receive priority phone support.

For the best experience possible, we recommend calling our team using the phone number associated with your Found account.

If you’re unable to log into your Found account or need some help before you sign up, you can reach our team via email at [email protected].

If you're able to log into your Found account, though, we always recommend reaching out through your app for the fastest service possible. Additional verification may be required before our team can discuss your account when reached through e-mail.

* Found Plus is an optional paid subscription, available for $19.99 / month or $149.99 / year. All Found users have access to Found’s Customer Experience team, regardless of subscription status.
