How to contact Found support

Need assistance with your Found account? Interested in learning more about how Found can help you manage your business's finances? 

Our dedicated Customer Experience team is available to answer your questions. Here are a few ways that you can reach us:

Chat

Found customers are able to chat with our virtual assistant 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through their Found app.

To chat with us, select the Business icon and choose Chat with us. Our virtual assistant will help answer any questions, and, if needed, will pass you off to our qualified Customer Experience team.

Our team is online Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm PT and Saturday and Sunday, 7am to 3pm PT, so you will get the quickest response during these hours.

Phone

Current Found customers can reach our team at 888-845-0131 from Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm PT. Found Plus and Found Pro subscribers⁴ receive priority phone support.

Found Pro subscribers will also get access to a dedicated account manager who they can email or book a call with¹⁵. They can also leave a message for their account manager by calling Found’s phone number.

For the best experience possible, we recommend calling our team using the phone number associated with your Found account.

Email

If you’re an existing customer, we recommend reaching out through your app for the fastest service possible. Additional verification may be required before our team can discuss your account when reached through e-mail.

However, if you’re unable to log into your Found account or have questions before you sign up, you can reach our team via email at help@found.com.

Found is a financial technology company, not a bank. Banking services are provided by Lead Bank, Member FDIC. The funds in your account are FDIC-insured up to $250,000 per depositor for each account ownership category. FDIC insurance only covers the failure of an FDIC-insured depository institution.

¹⁴Found Plus subscribers (for $19.99/month or $149.99/year) earn 1.5% APY on balances up to $20K. Found Pro subscribers (for $80/month or $720/year) earn 2.5% APY on all balances, with no cap.

¹⁸Found users are eligible for one free 30-day Found Plus or Found Pro trial. After the trial, users will be automatically charged for their selected plan: Found Plus at $19.99/month or $149.99/year or for Found Pro $80/month or $720/year.

¹⁹The metal card is an exclusive Found Pro benefit and is limited to one card per account. Users become eligible to order a metal card after completing the 30-day free trial and successfully being billed for a subscription of $80/month or $720/year.
