Having a valid phone number is critical for verification and security purposes. If your phone number has changed, you can update your number from Account settings. Here’s how:
Select the Settings icon and tap the Gear icon in the top-right corner.
Tap the pencil icon next to Phone to edit your phone number.
Choose a method to receive an authorization code and enter the code sent to your phone or email.
Update your phone number and select Save.
Enter the verification code sent to your new phone number to complete the phone number update.
To protect your account’s security, we require verification when logging in on a new device. If you have a new phone number and a new device, we recommend first trying to log into Found on a computer. If you’re still unable to log in, reach out to our Customer Experience team for assistance.
