What do I do if I’m locked out of my account?

If you have access to the email address or phone number associated with your Found account, you can reset your password from the login screen. Here’s how:

  1. On the login page, select Forgot password.

  2. Enter the phone number associated with your Found account. If you no longer have access to that phone number, select Use my email instead and enter your email address.

  3. Enter the verification code sent to your phone number or email address. Found employees will never ask you for this code.

  4. Confirm your date of birth and the last four digits of your social security number.

  5. Enter a new password and be sure to save it somewhere safe.

What if I don’t have access to my old email or phone number?

If you’ve changed your phone number or email, our Customer Experience team can help verify your identity and restore access to your account. To get started, reach out to our team at help@found.com. Be sure to include the following information in your email:
