Announcing our Series C

We are thrilled to announce that we have completed a $50 million Series C investment round. Sequoia, who previously led our Series A, is leading this round with participation from existing investors Lightspeed and Founders Fund, and we are welcoming new investor Khosla Ventures. This brings our valuation to over $400M, and we are particularly excited to continue to work with all of our existing investors as they double down on their commitment to Found’s growth and potential.

The nature of employment is shifting. Self-employment has hit a new all-time high: A record 64 million Americans, or 38% of the U.S. workforce, are self-employed - an increase of 4 million from 2022 1. We built Found because we believe these individuals deserve a better toolset to run their businesses. This latest round of funding enables us to accelerate our work and to deliver an all-in-one banking, bookkeeping, and taxes solution.

To our customers and investors: We’re proud to partner with you.

With gratitude,
Lauren, Connor, and the Found team
