Where can I find my card information in my account?

You can find a copy of your virtual card by logging into your account on the app or the Found website.

On the app

  1. Open the Found app and log into your account. 

  2. On the bottom menu, tap the debit card icon - it is the second icon from the left and looks like two debit cards. 

  3. On this Cards screen you will see a virtual copy of your physical debit card.

  4. Tap the Eye icon in the top-left corner of the image of the card to hide or reveal your card information.

  5. Tap the circle button with three dots located in the top-right corner of the image of the card to find a full list of card options such as enabling foreign transactions, locking and unlocking your card, updating your PIN, and to request a replacement card.

On the website

  1. Log into your account at my.found.com.

  2. Click the debit card icon in the Business Balance section of the Overview page.

  3. A pop-up in the middle of the screen will appear which has the virtual copy of your physical card.

  4. Click the Eye icon in the top-left corner of the image of the card to hide or reveal your card information.

  5. Click the circle button with three dots located in the top-right corner of the image of the card to find a full list of card options such as enabling foreign transactions, locking and unlocking your card, updating your PIN, and to request a replacement card.

Found is available on iOS, Android, and desktop.
