How do I lock, delete, or disable my additional virtual cards?

If you no longer need an additional card, or if you need to lock or revoke access to the card for any reason at all, you can do this directly from your account. Please see the below steps:

1. Open the Found app.

2. Tap the debit card icon on the bottom menu.

3. Tap on the virtual card you would like to modify. All of your current cards will be listed under the virtual copy of your physical card. 

To lock the card

1. Tap the circle button with three dots located in the top-right corner of the image of the card.

2. Tap the toggle button next to Lock Card to lock your card.

3. Enter your Found password. 

4. The toggle button turns green which indicates your card is now locked. 

To unlock the card

1. Tap the circle button with three dots located in the top-right corner of the image of the card.

2. Tap the toggle button next to Lock Card to unlock your card.

3. Enter your Found password. 

4. The toggle button turns gray which indicates your card is now unlocked. 

To delete the card

1. Tap the circle button with three dots located in the top-right corner of the image of the card.

2. Tap the red trash can icon across from Delete card. 

3. Tap Confirm on the confirmation screen to proceed with deleting the card. Tap Cancel if you wish to keep the card. 

4. Please note: if there are any pending transactions that were made with the card, they will still process even if the card has been deleted, but no new purchases will be able to be made once the card has been deleted.
