I signed up for Found, but my account isn't active yet. What do I do?

Most Found accounts are activated immediately. On rare occasions, accounts will take up to 48 hours to be approved and activated. If your account is not yet activated, and you’ve signed up more than 48 hours ago, please contact us using the Help button in the bottom-right corner of this page and our Customer Experience team will check on the status of your account.
