How do I link my Found account to Venmo?

You’re able to link your Found account to your Venmo account and then transfer funds between those two accounts. Venmo allows for you to link both your bank account and your debit card. To link your account, follow these steps:

Link your bank account

Selecting Bank offers instant verification for Found users through Plaid, which means that you won't need to wait to verify micro-deposits in your account to start transferring between Venmo and Found.

  • In your Venmo app, click the Settings icon at the top right of the screen.

  • Choose Payment Methods from the settings menu.

  • Tap the Add a bank or card option and choose Bank to add your bank information

  • Tap Next and search for Found in Plaid.

  • Next, you will be asked to enter your Found username and password to authorize access. Please note that your username is the email used for your Found account.

  • Tap Continue to complete connecting your account.

Link your debit card

You're also able to link your Found debit card to Venmo, which enables you to receive instant balance transfers from Venmo to Found.

  • In your Venmo app, click the Settings icon at the top right of the screen.

  • Choose Payment Methods from the settings menu.

  • Tap the Add a bank or card option and choose Card to add your debit card information

  • Enter your debit card information on this screen. You can find all of this information in Found by tapping the debit card icon in your account.

  • Tap the Add button to complete adding your debit card.

Once the details have been entered and accepted you will see “Radius Bank” listed as your debit card. Instant transfers are subject to fees charged by Venmo upon initiating the transfer.
