If you get paid using Venmo, you can easily transfer funds to Found by linking your Found details. Venmo allows you to link both your account details and the details of one or more of your Found cards. To link your account, follow these steps:
Link your bank account
To transfer money from Venmo to your Found account, link your Found account within your Venmo settings.
In your Venmo app, tap your profile, and then the Settings icon.
Choose “Payment Methods” from the settings menu.
Tap the “Add a bank or card” option and choose “Bank.”
Tap “Next” and search for Found in Plaid.
Enter your Found username and password. Keep in mind that your username is the email used for your Found account.
Complete the verification process by entering a code sent to either your phone number or email address. Neither Found nor Venmo will ever ask you for this code.
Select the account you wish and complete linking.
Your Found account numbers will be sorted to match the display order you see on your Found Banking homepage.
Single Business User: Pocket Name • Last 4 digits of Account Number
Multiple Business User: Business Name • Pocket Name • Last 4 digits of Account Number
Note: If you’re unsure which account to choose, select Primary
Link your debit card
You can link your physical Found card or one of your virtual Found debit cards to Venmo. This allows you to receive instant balance transfers from Venmo to Found.
In your Venmo app, tap your profile, and then the Settings icon.
Choose “Payment Methods” from the settings menu.
Tap the “Add a bank or card” option and choose “Card.”
Enter your debit card information on this screen. Your card details can be found by tapping the Card icon within the Found app.
Tap the “Add” button to complete adding your debit card.
Once accepted, you will see "Lead Bank" listed as your debit card. Instant transfers are subject to fees charged by Venmo upon initiating the transfer.
