Found provides you with access to products and services provided by third parties, including Lead Bank, Member FDIC, (“Sponsor Bank”) that offers Found-branded banking products and services.
1. Found Support and Alerts: From time to time you may receive responses from your personalized AI assistant, as well as any important security, fraud, and account-related alerts. Consent to receive these messages is not required to use the core of Found’s services.
2. How to cancel the service. You may cancel the messaging service at any time by replying "STOP" to the messaging. It is important to note that once you have notified us about your intent to cancel, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been successfully unsubscribed. Following this message, you should no longer receive any SMS or RCS messages from this service. Please note, standard messages related to fraud and other account activity may still be sent. If you have accidentally unsubscribed or would like to receive text messages from the short code, you can sign up the same way you did when you enrolled the first time.
3. If assistance is needed. In the event you experience issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at help@found.com.
4. Delays and undelivered messages. It is important to note that neither Found nor carriers are liable for delayed or undelivered messages
5. Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies primarily in response to your queries, plus occasional security alerts. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Found is a financial technology company, not a bank. Banking services are provided by Lead Bank, Member FDIC. The funds in your account are FDIC-insured up to $250,000 per depositor for each account ownership category. FDIC insurance only covers the failure of an FDIC-insured depository institution.
