How do I reopen my Found account?

If your Found account was closed as part of our bank partner update process, you can quickly restore your account by logging into Found with the email address you used to sign up for your account, and following the reactivation steps. You will be provided with a new account and routing number.

If your Found account was closed by request, please reach out to our Customer Experience team for further assistance.
