If you earn income from Etsy, you can link your Found account as your preferred bank account to receive automatic payouts directly into Found.
Here’s how to link Found to Etsy:
Once you're logged into Etsy, go to Finances, then click Payment Settings
If you already have a bank account linked, click Edit under your Bank Details and enter the full account details of the currently linked bank to get started with the switch (do not enter your new Found account details just yet!)
Next, you’ll be prompted with instructions to link a new account (i.e. your Found account). Etsy uses a third-party service called Plaid to verify your bank details.
Automatically: Link your Found account through Plaid’s Instant option
Search for Found on the screen where Plaid asks you to select your financial institution.
Follow the instructions provided by Plaid, and enter your Found login details and password when prompted.
Note: For most sellers, verifying your bank details with Plaid is instant, but it may take up to 3–5 business days. If you're new to Etsy, you'll need to wait until this is complete before finishing the setup. Etsy will notify you by email once your bank is verified.
Manually: Link your Found account via Plaid by entering your Found account number and routing number.
Once you do this, Etsy will send a microdeposit ($0.01) with a 3-letter code in the description to your Found account within one business day.
Log into your Found account, locate the microdeposit from Etsy, and enter the 3-letter code in Etsy to verify your account
Keep in mind: Per Etsy’s security policy, funds from your sales may be unavailable for deposit for up to five business days after you update your bank account.
