Where is my Deposit?

Found always processes deposits as soon as they are received, and your deposit will be available immediately unless it is held for review.

The timing of your deposit depends on when the sender initiates the payment to your Found account. We recommend you first contact the sender to confirm when the deposit was initiated. Secondly, different funding methods will affect when how soon your deposit may be available. For information on general funding timelines, check out our article here.

Below, is additional information on deposit timelines:

Inbound

  • Direct Deposit: Found receives deposits in batches periodically throughout the day, approximately from 4 a.m. to 4 p.m. PT. If a deposit is initiated past the cut off time listed above, it will post in the first batch the following business day

Outbound

  • Transfers initiated from a Found account to a linked bank account are sent in batches. Batches are sent by 12 p.m. PT

  • Transfers initiated after 12 p.m. PT will be sent on the following business day

Found observes all federal and bank holidays. On these days, banks are unable to process deposits, which may delay the arrival of a direct deposit until the next day.
