What should I do if my card was lost or stolen?

If your Found debit card is lost or stolen, make sure to deactivate your card and request a replacement card directly through your Found app.

Here's how:

  1. Navigate to the Cards tab.

  2. Select your physical card from the cards list.

  3. Select the settings icon on the top right of your card

  4. Select the option Request replacement card.

  5. Choose My card is lost or stolen. 

Note: this will deactivate your previous card, so it will not be able to be used again.
