How do I update my address?

Found users have a few different addresses: your business address, which you may have provided during the business verification process, your personal address, and a shipping address for your Found debit card.

If your personal address changes, you can update those details in your Found app. Here’s how:

  1. In Found, tap the profile icon (top left on mobile, top right on desktop) and open the Settings gear.

  2. Select the pencil icon next to Personal address.

  3. Enter your new address and select Submit to save your changes.

  4. You may be required to provide documentation showing your name and new address. If prompted, our team will review within 1-2 business days.

Address restrictions: PO Boxes, non-US addresses, APO/FPO military addresses, PMB (Private Mailbox) addresses, virtual mailbox or mail forwarding services, and CMRA (Commercial Mail Receiving Agency) addresses cannot be used as your personal or business address.

If you need a new or additional Found debit card, you can update your shipping address as part of the card request process. This does not need to be your personal address. Your Found card can be delivered to a PO Box, even though one can’t be used as your business address.

What documentation is acceptable for address verification?

If you’re prompted to provide additional documentation when updating your address, you can provide any of the following documents:

Be sure that this document contains both your full legal name and the exact address that you’re updating to.

How do I change my business address?

You can update your business address yourself from Account Settings on both mobile and desktop. When you submit a new business address, it goes through a verification process before being applied:

While verification is pending, you can view the status in Account Settings. A pending address change can also be cancelled.
