How do I update my address?

How do I update my address?

Found users have a few different addresses: your business address, which you may have provided during the business verification process, your personal address, and a shipping address for your Found debit card.

If your personal address changes, you can update those details in your Found app. Here’s how:

  1. In Found, select the settings icon and then select the gear icon.

  2. Here, select the pencil icon next to Personal address.

  3. Enter your new address and select Submit to save your changes.

  4. You may be required to provide documentation showing your name and new address. If prompted, our team will review within 1-2 business days.

Note that PO Boxes and non-US addresses cannot be used as your personal or business address.

If you need a new or additional Found debit card, you can update your shipping address as part of the card request process. This does not need to be your personal address.

What documentation is acceptable for address verification?

If you’re prompted to provide additional documentation when updating your address, you can provide any of the following documents:

  • Valid US-issued driver’s license

  • Utility bill issued within the last 60 days

  • Paystub issued within the last 60 days

  • Bank, credit card, or mortgage statement issued within the last 60 days

  • Current lease agreement

  • Current vehicle registration

Be sure that this document contains both your full legal name and the exact address that you’re updating to.

Why can’t I change my business address?

If you’ve completed business verification, you aren’t able to update your business address yourself. To update your business’s address, reach out to our Customer Experience team through the Found app. Be sure to have your updated business documentation handy.
