Your Found debit card may be used for online and in-person purchases anywhere that Mastercard is accepted. In some rare instances, Found may decline to process transactions to merchants that do not meet our standards.
Found is built to support the business banking needs of self-employed people and small business owners, and your account should primarily be used for business-related activities. For that reason, some merchants may be blocked due to the type of activity involved or previous activity that we’ve seen.
For example, gambling-related transactions—including online casinos and sports betting—are prohibited by Found’s terms of service. Further, betting and gambling-related businesses are prohibited from using Found. For that reason, these transactions cannot be made with Found accounts.
If Found prevented a legitimate business transaction from being completed, please reach out to our Customer Experience team through your app. When contacting our team, please be sure to provide details on the merchant and the business purpose of the transaction.
