  • Right to Stop Transactions. We may stop any of your transactions or return any funds to their originator if we have reason to believe there may be suspicious activity involved or for any other reason so long as we are not prohibited by law. 

  • Cancellation and Refunds. Prior to funding your Found account, you will be prompted to confirm the transaction. ONCE YOU INITIATE A TRANSACTION, IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED AND YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND. It is your responsibility to ensure the information is accurate prior to confirming the transaction request.  Point-of-sale (POS) debit transactions cannot be canceled. If you would like to cancel a POS transaction, please contact the merchant where the transaction was initiated for further assistance.

  • Contact Us. If you believe your Found account has been compromised or that a transaction from your Linked Account was completed without your permission, please contact [email protected] immediately.
