Protect your Found account from phishing attempts

Phishing is when someone attempts to gain access to your Found account by sending you a text message or email that asks for your personal, private information.

These phishing messages may pressure you to act quickly, threaten account suspension, or ask for sensitive information that a real Found employee would not request over the phone.

Members of the Found team will never ask you for the one-time password sent to your email/phone number, your account password, or your PIN. If you receive a message requesting this information, reach out to Found’s Customer Experience team through your app or the phone number on the back of your Found card to confirm if it is valid.
