Found offers a cashback program designed to reward our valued customers for using our business debit card. You can earn either a percentage or flat amount back on your purchases at select merchants. Visit our rewards center to see current offers:
Log into your Found account.
Tap the Cards icon on the Overview screen.
Tap Cashback Rewards on the Debit Card management page.
Tap any of the merchant offers to view details.
Who is eligible to earn rewards?
To participate in our cash back program, you need to meet the following criteria:
You must have an active Found card
You must be enrolled in the cash back program
Enrollment is automatic for all eligible cardholders
You can opt out at any time in Settings > Profile > Banking Preferences > Cashback rewards
Your account must be in good standing
How do I earn rewards?
You'll earn cash back on eligible purchases made with your Found card. Earned cash back, expiration date, and any other terms are stated in the offer details. Certain offers are only available online or in-store. Eligible purchases can be made with either your physical or virtual Found cards.
How do I redeem rewards?
Once you’ve made an eligible purchase with your Found card, your earned cash back will be deposited automatically into your Found account. No need to opt-in or redeem your rewards.
Funds become available when your transaction is finalized. Most customers will have their rewards available within a couple of days, though this process can take longer.
How do I get the most out of cashback rewards?
To make the most of our cash back program, consider the following tips:
Use your Found card for everyday business expenses such as office supplies, travel, and online purchases. The more you use your card for eligible transactions, the more cash back you can earn.
Keep an eye out for special promotions and offers that may provide additional cashback opportunities.
Stay updated on any changes or updates to the cash back program by regularly reviewing our communications and visiting our help center.
What if I don’t receive my reward?
If you’ve made an eligible purchase and haven’t received your reward, we recommend that you check a few things first:
Make sure that your transaction is not pending and has settled. You can see the status of your transaction by tapping it in your Found activity list.
Review the terms of the cash back offer, particularly any stipulations about whether the transaction must be made online or in-person or any other details.
If you’ve reviewed the transaction and the offer terms, reach out to our Customer Experience team with details about your cash back and they will step in to assist.
I received a cashback reward, but not from a listed merchant
In addition to the merchants listed in your Found app, Found participates in MasterCard’s Easy Savings program, which offers immediate rebates on purchases made with your debit card at participating merchants. Just like the cash back program offered by Found, there is no need to opt into these offers.
