Every consultant, freelancer, and contractor knows this routine: You create an estimate in a spreadsheet or Canva, export it, send it to your client, and then sit around waiting for a "Looks good!" email or text to roll in. Once you get a thumbs up, you copy and paste the same information into a fresh invoice, and double-check every number—again. It's the same process, day after day, project after project.
With Found, you can build an invoicing workflow that does the hard work for you.

Now, with a few taps, it’s easy to create a custom estimate for a client. You can add items, optional notes, and attachments—all the same information as an invoice, without the payment link. You can send it immediately or schedule to send it at a later date.
Once your client reviews the quote and clicks “Accept”, you can easily convert the estimate to an invoice with a single tap, changing the due date and sending it immediately or scheduling it for later. Track the status of your estimates and invoices in the Pending tab on your Found app.
Aren’t ready to hit send? Save the draft and easily pick up where you left off. You can find all of your draft invoices by tapping the Draft option on the invoices page.
Once your estimate has been converted to an invoice, it’s easy to keep tabs on your invoices. See when your invoices are viewed or paid. We’ll even send your clients payment reminders so you don’t have to.
Easily manage all your income in one place, sending recurring or one-time invoices right from the app, and get paid directly into your Found account for easy access and bookkeeping. Set payment terms, track unpaid invoices, and send auto-reminders to clients to ensure they are paid.
