As a Found user participating in Found’s Referral Program (“Referrer” or “you”) these Referral Program terms and conditions (“Referral Program Terms”) govern your participation in and access to the Found Referral Program (“Referral Program”) and are incorporated into the Found Terms of Service (available on our website here). Capitalized Terms not defined here are defined in the Terms of Service. 

For the purposes of these Referral Program Terms, the Found Terms of Service, the Found Privacy Policy and any other terms and policies referenced in those documents are referred to together, as the “Found Terms”. For the purposes of these Referral Program Terms, “Found”, “we”, or “us” refers to Found.
