When transferring funds from your Found account to a linked external bank account, you are able to choose between Standard and Express ACH transfers. Each option offers different speeds and costs, allowing you to select the method that best suits your needs.

Standard transfers are processed within two to three business days and are completely free of charge. This option is ideal when you’re not in a rush to move your funds and prefer to avoid any transfer fees.
Express transfers are designed to deliver funds more quickly. Depending on when the transfer is initiated, funds may arrive the same business day or by the next business day. Express transfers carry a fee of 1% of the transfer amount, with a minimum charge of $1 and a maximum charge of $25.
Instant transfers are electronic fund transfers that are processed and settled almost instantly, typically within seconds, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, all year round.
Eligibility & Availability: This option is available only based on the receiving bank. If a bank doesn’t support instant transfers, we won’t show this as an option in the transfer flow.
Limits: The maximum amount available per day for instant transfers is $4,000, assuming no other instant transfers have been made that day.
Express Alternative: If the receiving bank supports Instant transfers, but the customer is unable to complete the transfer due to reaching the $4,000 daily limit, the Express ACH option will NOT be available as an alternative.
Found charges a 1.75 % fee for these transactions (with a minimum fee of $0.50).
Transfers initiated before 10:30 AM Pacific Time are processed that day, which means that Standard transfers will typically settle within two business days, while Express transfers often arrive the same day.
Be sure to be mindful of weekends and bank holidays. If you initiate a transfer on a Friday afternoon, you can expect to see those funds settle the following week, regardless of the method chosen (except for Instant transfers, which process 24/7).
