How do I request a replacement physical card?

If your Found debit card is lost, stolen, or damaged, you can request a replacement card directly through your Found app. Here's how:

  1. If you suspect that your card has been lost or stolen, choose My card is lost or stolen. This will deactivate your previous card, so it will not be able to be used again.

  2. If you are replacing your card due to damage to the card or chip, choose My card is damaged.

  3. If you are trying to update the information printed on your card, including your business name, choose I want to update my card.

From there, you'll be able to set up a new card, update your shipping address and adjust your business name, if needed. Your Found card should arrive within 5-10 business days.

All Found users are allowed three free replacements in a six month period. Further replacements cost $5, deducted from your Found account balance.
