How do I request a replacement physical card?

If your Found debit card is lost, stolen, or damaged, you can request a free replacement card directly through your Found app. Here's how:

  1. Log into your Found account.

  2. Tap the Debit Card icon in the bottom row of icons, or click on the image of your debit card if logging in on the website. 

  3. Click on the ellipsis (...) in the top right corner of the debit card picture.

  4. Click 'Request' which is located next to ‘Replacement card’.

If you suspect that your card has been lost or stolen, choose My card is lost or stolen. This will deactivate your previous card, so it will not be able to be used again.

If you are replacing your card due to damage to the card or chip, choose My card is damaged.

If you are trying to update the information printed on your card, including your business name, choose I want to update my card.

From there, you'll be able to set up a new card, update your shipping address and adjust your business name, if needed.
