How can I download my tax documents?

Found makes it easy to locate all of your important tax documents in one place.

Whether you’re a sole proprietor that files a Schedule C or a corporation that files a Form 1120 or 1120-S, Found automatically generates these tax forms based on your categorized business expenses. This form, along with your tax summary, business reports and any 1099-NEC forms you’ve generated for contractors, can be found in Tax documents.

To locate your tax documents, follow these steps:

  1. In Found, navigate to Tax tools. (Or Taxes on desktop.)

  2. Choose Tax documents from the menu.

  3. Choose the year that you would like to download documents from. You have access to tax documents for every tax year that you’ve been a Found customer.

  4. Select the Export tax packet button to download all of your documents, or choose which documents you’d like to download.

You can also opt to share access to your Found account with your accountant by selecting the Share with accountant option. This will allow you to invite your accountant to view your Found account and collaborate with your directly from Found.

Paying contractors? Found generates Form 1099-NECs for contractors that you pay over $600 in a tax year. You’ll find those in the Contractor management section in Found.
