Login and Password Reset

If you are experiencing issues logging in or resetting your password, please try the following steps listed below:

Logging In

If you are unable to access your account, first check to see that you are entering the correct login email address. Not sure which email address you used to sign up for Found? Search “help@found.app” in your email inboxes to see which email address has been receiving communications from Found!

If you know your account email but do not remember your password, please see the instructions below.

Resetting Your Password

If you need to reset your password, select to reset it on the sign-in page.

You will need to enter the email address associated with the account to receive the password reset link in your email inbox.

If you would like to reset the password while logged into your Found account, simply do the following:

  • Go to the “Account” tab of your account menu

  • Select to “Change Password”

  • Confirm your old password 

  • Enter the new password, twice, to confirm
