How do I reset the password to my Found account?

If you're unable to access your Found account, you can reset your password from the login page:

  1. Navigate to the login page, either online or through your app, and tap I need help signing in.

  2. If you have your phone handy, enter the phone number associated with your account.

  3. If you don’t have access to your phone or would prefer to verify your account using email, tap I don’t know the number and enter the email address you used to create your account.

  4. Enter the six-digit number that we sent to either your phone or email and you can reset your password.

Not sure which email address you used to sign up for Found? Search “[email protected]” in your email inboxes to see which email address has been receiving communications from Found.
