I’m having trouble verifying my SSN

During the signup process for Found, you may be asked to verify your Social Security number, name, and/or date of birth. The process should take just a minute.

This can happen when we’re unable to match these details to the information that you’ve used when signing up for your Found account. If you’re being asked to re-enter your name and SSN, make sure you’ve entered your first and last name exactly as it appears on your government-issued documents.

If you are unable to verify your information, please contact our Customer Experience team by tapping the Help button in the bottom-right corner of this page for assistance.
