During the signup process for Found, you may be asked to verify your Social Security Number, legal name, and/or date of birth. The process should take minutes.
This can happen when we’re unable to match these details to the information that you’ve used when signing up for your Found account. If you’re being asked to re-enter your name and SSN, make sure you’ve entered your first and last name exactly as it appears on your government-issued documents.
If you are unable to verify your information, please contact our Customer Experience team through your app and they’ll be happy to assist.
