If you get paid using PayPal, you can link Found to PayPal and transfer funds between your accounts. Here’s how to link both your Found bank account and your Found debit card to PayPal:
In your PayPal account, navigate to the Wallet page.
Select Link a card or bank.
Select Link a bank account from the menu.
Enter "Found.com" into the search bar and select Enter your bank details button.
Next, you’ll be prompted with instructions to link a new account (i.e. your Found account). Paypal uses a third-party service to verify your bank details.
Search for Found on the screen when asked to select your financial institution.
Follow the instructions provided and enter your Found login details and password when prompted.
Select the account you wish and complete linking.
Your Found account numbers will be sorted to match the display order you see on your Found Banking homepage.
Single Business User: Pocket Name • Last 4 digits of Account Number
Multiple Business User: Business Name • Pocket Name • Last 4 digits of Account Number
Note: If you’re unsure which account to choose, select Primary
PayPal may send two small deposits to your Found account to complete the verification process. Find those deposits within Activity in your Found app, and enter the amounts into PayPal to verify your account. Keep in mind that these deposits are sent as bank transfers, so these deposits can take 1-2 business days to appear in your Found account.
Once your Found account is confirmed in PayPal, you’ll be able to fund your Found account via direct deposits from PayPal.
Note that your Found account will be listed as Lead Bank in the list of linked banks and cards.
In your PayPal account, navigate to Wallet
Select Link a card or bank.
Select Link a debit or credit card from the menu and then select Debit or credit card to link your card manually.
Enter the Found debit card number you’d like to link, choose "Mastercard" as your card type, then enter your expiration date and security code.
Select Link Card to link your Found debit card with PayPal.
Instant transfers from PayPal to your Found account are subject to a fee, charged by PayPal.
The Found Mastercard Business debit card is issued by Lead Bank pursuant to a license from Mastercard Inc.
