We partner with Plaid to link up to three bank accounts to your Found account, which you can then use to make transfers from your Found balance. You can link your external bank accounts by following these steps:
Navigate to Settings and select Business banking from the menu.
Select Linked accounts and cards.
Tap the Add a bank option
Log into Plaid if prompted and either an account you’ve previously linked or tap Add new account.
Use the search bar to search for your bank
Enter your bank’s login credentials or follow the steps to authorize access to your bank account.
Once you’ve linked your bank account, you can transfer funds from Found to that account. You’re able to link up to three bank accounts in Found by repeating the above steps.
If your bank is not currently available through Plaid, we recommend connecting your Found account to your external bank account. To do this, log into your external bank account and follow their steps for adding your Found account using your account and routing numbers.
