How do I link a bank account to Found?

How do I link a bank account to Found?

We partner with Plaid to link up to one bank account to your Found account, which you can then use to make transfers into and out of your Found balance. You can link your external bank account by following these steps:

  1. On the Overview page, click the “Add” button

  2. Click “Link your bank in Found” and then "Continue"

  3. Use the search bar to search for your bank

  4. Enter your bank’s login credentials or follow the steps to authorize access to your bank account.

  5. Once you've successfully logged into your bank, you’ll see your bank account listed under the “Add money” menu, as well as in your app menu

Don't see your bank?

If your bank is not currently available through Plaid, we recommend connecting your Found account to your external bank account. To do this, log into your external bank account and follow their steps for adding your Found account using your account and routing numbers.

You can find your account and routing numbers on the Overview page as well as under Business Account.

Found is available on iOS, Android, and desktop.
