Found World’s Best Boss Program Terms

As a member of Found’s World’s Best Boss Program, you are subject to Found’s Terms and Conditions and Found’s Privacy Policy as well as to the additional terms set forth in these World’s Best Boss Program Terms. To participate, Found users must agree to these World’s Best Boss Program Terms and Conditions (“Sharer Terms”), which become part of the Found Terms of Service (“Terms”) available here, and which govern your participation in the World’s Best Boss Program. Capitalized terms that are not defined here will have the same meaning given to them in the Terms.

• Qualified Sharer.

  • Eligibility. To be eligible for Found’s World’s Best Boss Program, you must receive an enrollment email from Found and have a Found account in good standing to participate in the World’s Best Boss Program by agreeing to these World’s Best Boss Terms. You must have an active Twitter or Instagram account that is listed as public. 

• Qualified Share.

  • Requirements. 

    • The World’s Best Boss must be shared by an eligible Sharer’s public Twitter or Instagram account.

      • The Sharer must tag @bankonfound in the caption of the post.

      • If posting on Instagram, the Sharer must also tag @bankonfound on the image.

      • The provided mug must be present in the World’s Best Boss and include the Found logo.

      • The World’s Best Boss must be shared within 30 days of the Found mug shipment.

      • The Sharer must be following @bankonfound on the posted platform.

      • The post must not be derogative or harmful to the Found brand.

    • Compliance with Law. As a Sharer, you agree to comply with all applicable laws including, but not limited to, the CAN SPAM Act. Any distribution of your Referral Code that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your Account and exclusion from Found’s Referral Program.

• Sharer Rewards. For each Qualified World’s Best Boss, the Sharer will receive a credit in the amount of $25.00 (“Sharer Reward”) applied directly to their Found account. Sharer Rewards can only be used via the Found Services and are not redeemable for cash. Referrers are not eligible to receive multiple Sharer Rewards if they make multiple social media posts. Once posted, Sharer Reward will be added to Sharer’s account within 30 days of posting on social media. As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards.

• Qualified Verification.

  • Eligibility. A “Qualified Verification” occurs after a Sharer submits a qualified Post. Found will privately message the Sharer on the social platform with the qualified Post in order to identify the Found customer’s account and credit them for the World’s Best Boss.

    • Exclusion. For a Qualified Sharer to be valid, they must be a new Found customer who has not had a Found account in the past.

• Representations and Warranties. You represent and warrant that you: (i) will not hold yourself out as an agent or otherwise purport to represent or bind Found in any manner; (ii) will not make false or misleading representations with regard to Found services; (iii) will not make representations, warranties, guarantees or negotiate any specific terms with Referred Customers including, without limitation, with respect to the specifications, features or capabilities of Found’s services; and (iv) shall not under any circumstance disparage Found and its products or services.

• Eligibility. Found’s World’s Best Boss Program cannot be used by businesses or individuals for affiliate lead generation or posted on discount sites.

• Right to Terminate Accounts. Found reserves the right to terminate the Account of any Sharer at any time and without notice, including, but not limited to, if we, at our sole discretion, consider any Sharer’s conduct to be in violation of these World’s Best Boss Program Terms.

• Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. Found reserves the right to cancel the World’s Best Boss Program and to revise these World’s Best Boss Program Terms from time to time. If we make any material changes to these Social Chare Program Terms, we will notify you of those changes by posting them to the Services or by sending you an e-mail or other notification. If the World’s Best Boss Program is terminated, any unclaimed Sharer Rewards will be forfeited at that time.

• Contact Us. If for any reason you believe that there is a discrepancy regarding your Sharer Reward balance, please contact us at [email protected]. All decisions regarding World’s Best Boss Reward balances will be final and at Found’s sole discretion.
