How to set up direct deposit with Found

Found makes it very easy for you to start receiving payments via direct deposits. To get started login into your Found app on your mobile device and follow these steps:

  • Tap “Available balance” on your home screen

  • Next, you will have the option to select “Direct deposits”

  • Now you may scroll down and select the following

    • “Get a direct deposit form”, will include a voided check

    • “Get a signed bank letter”

Once you have obtained the above-mentioned items and provided them to your employer and or client, you are ready to receive direct deposits to your Found account.

If you prefer to access your Found account on desktop you may obtain your direct deposit documents by logging in on your desktop, select your name or business name on the top right corner.

Next, you will see a drop-down menu, select “business banking” this will take you directly to your direct deposit documents.
