What PIN is associated with my virtual cards?

The PIN for your additional virtual cards is the same as the PIN for any additional cards you create. 

If you're not sure what PIN you originally set, you can update your PIN directly through your Found app. Here's how:

  1. Open the Found App

  2. Click the debit card icon in the bottom row of icons. 

  3. Click on the ellipsis (...) in the top right corner of the debit card picture.

  4. Click Change next to the PIN field.

  5. Click I don't know my PIN at the bottom of the page.

  6. A message will be sent to your phone or email with a link to update the PIN.

 Once updated, the new PIN will be effective immediately.
