When will my Found card arrive?

Your Found card should arrive within 5-10 business days after requesting your card. You can track the status of your Found card’s delivery by navigating to the Cards tab and selecting the physical card from the list.

In the meantime, you can use your virtual card for online purchases or in-person by adding your card to a virtual wallet like Apple Pay and Google Pay. You can access your card number, expiration date, and security code in your Found app by navigating to the Cards tab and tapping the primary business debit card.
