If you’re new to Found, one of the first steps you’ll need to take is funding your account! There are a lot of ways in which you can add money to your Found account:

Direct deposits: Deposits to Found from other banks will arrive to your Found account within one business day or less, and can be initiated with your Found account and routing numbers, available in your app menu. If you need a direct deposit enrollment form, you can find one by opening your app menu, clicking “Business banking,” then clicking “Direct deposit,” then “Get a direct deposit enrollment form

Payment processors like Square or Stripe: You can also use your Found account and routing numbers to transfer money to your Found account from a payment processor. Funds from these deposits will be available within one business day.

Payment apps like Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal: You can use your Found card details or account and routing numbers to transfer money from these apps to Found. Funds sent to your Found card number will be available immediately. Funds sent to your account and routing numbers will be available within one business day. Note that these instant transactions typically carry a small fee, which is charged by the payment app that you’re using!

Transfers from a linked bank account: Once you link a bank account to Found, you can initiate a transfer between Found and that account directly within your Found app. You can find that option under the "Add money" menu. Funds from these transfers are typically available within 4-5 business days.

Invoices and payments: You can request payment from your clients directly from Found using our invoices and request payment features. To create a new invoice, click the Request button and choose "Create invoice" or "Request payment" from the list. You'll be able to send an email or SMS to request payment from your client.
