Found supports sending Real-Time Payments (RTP) to eligible linked bank accounts. However, we do not yet support receiving RTP deposits directly into your Found account. This is a high-priority feature we are actively working to bring to you in the future.
In the meantime, you can instantly receive funds using alternative methods, including debit card transfers, payment apps, and Found-to-Found transfers (transfers between two Found accounts).
At Found, we refer to outgoing RTP transfers as Instant transfers when you move money to a linked external bank account.
Found charges a 1.75 % fee for these transactions (with a minimum fee of $0.50)
Instant transfers are the fastest method of moving money, leveraging domestic instant payment networks to ensure your funds move quickly and efficiently.
Instant transfers are electronic fund transfers that are processed and settled almost instantly, typically within minutes, and are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, all year round.
Eligibility Check: Only some banks are eligible to receive Instant transfers. We validate this based on the receiving bank's routing number. If a bank does not support Instant transfers, we will not show this as an option in your transfer flow.
Daily Limit: Your Instant transfer feature is connected to an existing daily limit. The current maximum amount available per day is $4,000, assuming no other Instant transfers have been completed that day.
Alternative Transfers: If the receiving bank is eligible for Instant transfers, but you are unable to complete the transfer due to reaching the $4,000 daily limit, the Express ACH option will NOT be available as an alternative.
